USR 10k Course

10k Description

Start in Bowring Park near the Caribou Memorial. Proceed west and take a quick left, go past the finish line, then down through the Park. Exit through the East Gate turning right onto Waterfordbridge Road.

Head east on Waterfordbridge Road, staying in the running lane marked by cones, and turn right onto Old Bay Bulls Road. Immediately turn left onto Southside Road and head east to Waterford Lane.

At Waterford Lane you take a short out-and-back on Hillview Drive West, before continuing east on Southside Road.

Turn left from Southside Road onto Blackhead Road and cross over the river to reach Water Street. At the traffic signals turn left onto Water Street and then continue west on Waterfordbridge Road for the next 4km.

Turn left to reenter Bowring Park at the West Gate via Park Road. When you reach the Fountain Pond, take a right and do a short out-and-back before heading past the Pool, and turning right after the overpass to finish near the Bungalow.
