High Performance Training Program - Individual Classes

There are 8 classes available, simply purchase as many as you can attend, or if you have a chance to drop in, just pay for 1 before you show up! If you will attend 6 or more, you will get the best rate purchasing the block plan.
Tuesday Evenings: 8:00 PM - 9:00 PM
The HPTP is intended to help runners strengthen all muscle groups, especially those normally neglected in runners. The result should be less muscle imbalance, which helps prevent injury. As well, stronger muscles have better endurance so that you can hold your efficient running form even in longer races. There is consistent work of the core muscles.
Exercises are dynamic in nature, which mimics real life muscle use and stress much better than static machines.
Our program is developed by provincial elite coach Jerome Brennan, delivered by certified instructor Ted Cadigan, and is specially designed for runners and ANE.
