Supporting MUN Cross-Country

The Flat Out 5k was created to support the endowment of the Athletics NorthEAST Award at MUN. The Award is presented annually to the top male and female cross-country team athletes.

Each year the value of the Award is topped up by a contribution from the proceeds of this race.

2023 Results
